Golden Fuel Systems is proud to announce the newest Upgrade to our Fuel Systems. In addition to the 12 and 20 Gallon Capacity tanks, the Trekker Poly System is now available in single-chamber 40 and single-chamber 60 gallon Tanks with the ability to combine these tanks for multiple set-ups. These systems are modular and could expand to double, triple or quadruple chamber systems with capacities up to 240 Gallons (4 - 60 gallon Tanks).

Dual, Triple and Quadruple tank systems allow for the ability to collect and filter oil in cooler weather. This is a great feature if there are no home filtration capabilities or if you travel great distances and need the ability to collect, warm and filter oil through the filter bags placed over the 8” port. Multiple tanks for on-board filtration are a necessity in cooler weather as cold oil does not filter well and you will need a method to warm the oil before filtering (1+ Tank for Heating, 1+ Tank to filter into). In addition, the 2+ Trekker Tank Set-ups are upgradeable with the Integrated One-Shot Filtration System or Integrated Half-shot Filtration System for even easier on-board filtering. The Integrated One-Shot (IOS) or Half-shot Filtration (IHS) System allows the user to control the filtration system from inside the vehicle. No more standing out in the cold to pump and filter oil! Just Transfer oil from an oil container with the 7 GPM Transfer Pump (available upgrade) into the holding/warming tank/chamber. When the user is on the road, they can flip the switch for the IOS/IHS and activate the filtration system. It will draw the warm oil from the holding tank/chamber (tank number 1), filter it through a heated Racor Aquabloc filter and discharge it into the clean tank/chamber (Tank number 2). This is an unparalleled mobile collection and filtration system for the cold months.

2003-Newer Dodge 5.9L Engine Trekker System:

Style and function combine to make the Ultimate Dodge SVO Fuel System. This GFS Exclusive Trekker System is compatible with all 2003-Newer Dodge 5.9L Engines. This system includes the Trekker Tank(s), premium externally heated Racor Filter, switching valve and all the accessories and instructions to install this system on your Dodge.

To order a Trekker Tank System, please select the correct Base System for the Vehicle, the Size and Quantity of Tanks, the Racor Filter Choice and any additional Upgrades. The 40 Gallon Trekker Tank will fit under a Bed Cover, but the Racor 1000FH3122 Filter will need a 6” hole drilled in the bed to recess the settling bowl or choose 1 or 2 Racor 900FH3122 Filters to fit under the bed cover.

The Racor 1000FH31222 is the most cost-effective Filter, with about 100 GPH flow rate on SVO and is recommended for all applications. This is a top-loading filter and needs 10” of clearance when loading and unloading filter elements. Please check the dimensions and instructions to verify that the Racor 1000FH3122 will work for your application.

The Racor 900FH31222 is the shorter version of the 1000FH3122, with about 60 GPH flow rate on SVO. The dimensions of the 900FH3122 make it ideal for mounting underneath a bedcover. Due to the lower flow rate, this filter is only recommended for those not hauling heavy loads or with a lot of performance modifications, unless (2) 900FH3122 Filters are plumbed in parallel for double flow rate (120 GPH.) The Filter element is half of the size of the 1000FH3122 and will therefore clog in half the time. Please check the dimensions and instructions to verify that the Racor 900FH3122 will work for your application.
