Our Trekker Systems are available in single-chamber 40 and single-chamber 60 gallon Tanks. These tanks are modular so you can add tanks to increase capacity and give you options no matter what your needs are.

The 2+ Trekker Tank Set-ups are upgradeable with the Integrated One-Shot Filtration System. The Integrated One-Shot System (IOS) allows the user to control the filtration system from inside the vehicle. No more standing out in the cold to pump and filter oil! Just Transfer oil from an oil container with the 7 GPM Transfer Pump (available upgrade) into the holding/warming tank/chamber. When the user is on the road, they can flip the switch for the IOS and activate the filtration system. It will draw the warm oil from the holding tank/chamber (tank number 1), filter it through a heated filter and discharge it into the clean tank/chamber (Tank number 2).

* Tank and heat exchanger will be warranted against any manufacturer’s defects or flaws resulting in leaks. Stripping of threads, blunt force trauma to the tank or heat exchanger or leaks resulting from rubbing due to improper installation are not covered.

* 90 day limited warranty on all electrical items including any pumps, heater wraps, internal heaters, sending units and switching valves. 1 Year Warranty on all other non-electrical components including hoses, fuel pick-up, Racor Filter body. Limited Lifetime Warranty on Trekker Tank and Heat Exchanger.
